Our Quality team consists of Green and Yellow Belt holders who continually analyse business processes and interactions using lean working methods.

Using DMAIC methodology and Six Sigma toolkits, the team continuously improves company processes, generating efficiencies and cost savings for both customers and Davies Logistics.
